Shipping & Delivery Questions
- Where is my order? You will receive an email after your order that will have a tracking number if you chose to have it shipped. If you chose local delivery or pickup, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time. You can check your check here. You can also email us with questions or concerns.
- What are delivery costs? Delivery costs will be disclosed when you order. There is a flat $ 4.99 fee for orders under $ 20.00 and free shipping for orders over $50.
- Where do you ship to? We will ship anywhere in the world. However, it is candy subject to weather, so if it is being shipped to a warm or tropical climate or time of year, warm weather shipping option add-ons are recommended.
- Can I cancel an order? We ship Monday thru Friday and all orders placed by 1pm CST are shipped the same day. If you cancel before the item ships you can cancel it. After it has been shipped, if may be able to be returned or recalled from the shipper but fees may apply.
- Can you ship to a work address? Yes, you can choose the address to ship the product to.
- Can I specify a time for shipping? Yes, you can email us after you place your order to change the shipping date. We do a final email check before the shipper picks up the orders.
- Can I get faster shipping? Yes, we offer next day or 2 day options for an additional fee.
