Product Questions

Are your products weather safe?

Our products are made with out preservatives and only natural ingredients and many contain real butter so our products perform better when kept below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. It is even better to keep them refrigerated and take them out 20 to 30 minutes before you eat to bring the candy up to room temperature. Products will also have a longer shelf life when kept refrigerated. 

Do you customize orders?

Yes, we have gift options that include seasonal gift wrapping and a gift tag. We can also accommodate special requests. Just Contact Us.

What if I have allergy concerns?

We use dairy, peanuts and tree nuts in many of our recipes. However, we do disinfect between making different products. Since peanut allergies are most common, our products with peanuts are made last each day. We also currently use a commercial kitchen shared with different artisans, and while cleaned throughly between each artisan’s work, the kitchen is used for cooking every type of food. If you or the party the intended product is for has moderate to severe allergies, unfortunately we are probably not the confectioner to buy from at this current time, but please check back in the future, technology is always evolving and while there might not be a good solution today, who knows about tomorrow.

Are your products organic, kosher, non-GMO, or vegan?

  • We do not specifically buy organic or kosher products.
  • Because of our use of butter in many products vegan products from us are unlikley.
  • We try to buy non-GMO products, when possible. 

If any of our products are organic, kosher, non-GMO, or vegan, they will be marked in the description and searchable.

How do I store your products?

The best option is to keep the products refrigerated and take them out before serving if you want them to be room temperature. We use real butter and no preservatives in our products, so the warmer it is, the softer they get and the sooner they will expire.

How do I leave a review?

When you make a purchase you will receive an email with a link to leave a review. You can also log into your account with us to leave reviews of products you purchased.

All reviews are left by actual customers or people that have tried samples in exchange for an honest review. 

We think honest reviews are vital, both because we sell online and because it helps us identify if there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Do you have gift options?

Yes, we do! You can find a gift link on each product page where we offer seasonal wrapping paper nad a gift tag. You can also make special requests by Contacting Us.

Can you tell me about your corporate gifting options?

We do have Corporate Gifting Options. 

We offer volume discounts and flat-rate shipping. 

The current process is to have you download a spreadsheet and fill out the items with the shipping information. You can ship mulitple items to multiple addresses. If you have an address list we in csv form, we can also convert your list to our format just Contact Us.

Shipping Questions

Where is my order?

You will receive an email when your order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you have to use the tracking number on their website to see the current location and estimated delivery date for your product(s).

If you chose local delivery or pickup, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery or pick-up time. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently we are only shipping to locations within the United States. 

What carriers do you use?

We currently use United States Postal Service and UPS. We usually chose which carrier that will deliver it quicker for the shipping speed you choose. 

If you would like us to use Fedex, please contact us before ordering. 

What are your shipping costs?

We keep it fairly simple.

We offer Free ground shipping on orders over $50 (up to 5 business days)

  • I Can Wait   –   Orders under $50 ship for $ 6.99 (up to 5 business days)
  • Rush a Little   –   Expedited Shipping (2 – 3 Business Days) $12.95
  • Get it Here Now!   –   Express Shipping $35.00 (1-2 Business Days)

Please remember to count shipping holidays if you need the product(s) by a certain date. 

If you need UPS Saturday delivery, please contact us before ordering.

 

 

Where do you ship from?

We ship out of Milwaukee, WI.

When do you ship?

We ship most orders Monday through Friday the same day, if the order is placed by 1pm CST. 

If there is warm weather, we may delay shipment on a Thursday or Friday so the candy is not a hot truck over the weekend. We will notify you if we plan on holding a shipment.

Can you ship to a different address?

Yes, you can specify a different address to ship the product(s) to at checkout.

Can I specify a certain ship date?

Yes, if you wish for us to hold a shipment until right before an event, you can choose the preferred delivery date while in checkout.

Please be advised, currently no shipping companies are guarenteeing delivery dates, so it might be wise to add a day or two for shipping.

Can I get faster shipping?

Yes, we offer multiple delivery schedules in check-out. 

Please be advised, currently no carriers guarentee a delivery date. 

Payment Questions

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. 

We also accept Apple and Google pay, if you are logged into the browser when you are in the shopping cart those options will appear.

We can also accept cash with local pick up or Venmo. Please Contact Us if you wish to pay by these methods.

What are the Corporate Gifting payment options.

When you submit a file upload for order, we will send an invoice for 50% of the total order that must be paid before we start the order. A second invoice will be sent when we are ready to ship the order, the remaining 50% will need to be paid before shipment. 

Can I buy a gift card?

Gift card options are coming soon.

Do you have promo codes?

Yes, we do occasionally issue promo codes. Who doesn’t love a promo code, it just feels like you are getting away with something and to get that feeling while buying candy, it is doubly awesome! The easiest way to find out about them is to sign up for our email list.

What is your return policy?

In short, if you are unhappy with product, we want to make it right.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Please see our Return Policy.

However, the long and short of it is, if you are unhappy with our product we want to make it right.

What happens if I paid by gift voucher?

If you paid with a gift voucher, the amount of the voucher would be restored when the refund is processed. In the event of a product exchange being processed, there would be no transactional value added to the gift voucher.
