While we hope this page is never visited, but it is impossible to make everyone happy. That being said, we strive to make the process as easy and painless as possible, while still making sure we can financially survive.
The most common issue, candy damaged by warm weather. We will not refund any purchase for warm-weather related damage if the warm weather shipping option is not chosen. During warm weather we also recommend that you do not choose shipping that takes longer than 2 days. Fudge and our crumb products are especially susceptible to warm weather.
If you do not like the candy or there is some other issue, we will issue a refund within 30 days after you have received the item if you follow our care instructions. In some instances, we might want you to return the item to us for quality control inspection. We will do so by issuing you a prepaid shipping label.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
We will not offer a refund if there is a delay in shipping, such as the carrier delivering the package after the estimated date of delivery and a holiday or special date was missed. Once we hand it off to the carrier, it is out of our hands. However, if the carrier offers a guaranteed time frame, we will help you in receiving a refund of the shipping costs from the carrier.
If the carrier damages the product during the shipping process, keep the original packaging along with the product. If the cost of the shipment is under the carrier’s threshold they usually will cover the product and delivery costs with no questions, but until they state that they do not want product or packaging, please keep it. In the event of damage during the shipping process, not warm weather related (please see above), contact us on instructions on how to proceed with a claim.
