How we plan on getting there –
We start by cooking a rich and velvety mixture of lots of our sweet cream butter and cane sugar and add just a touch of our sea salt to enhance the flavor. If that isn’t enough, we then pour delectable dark chocolate that has been melted on top of the sugar and butter layer. It is not over yet, we then apply tons of crushed pecans from Georgia that are roasted to perfection. The result? You have the perfect addicting treat that you will be coming back for.
The toffee is cooked to have a nice crunch that doesn’t break your teeth and then disintegrates in your mouth.
Each pound of toffee is almost equal amounts of the buttery mixture, chocolate, and pecans.
